Garlic, Chicken & Veggie Stir-fry (All Organic) 
Heat Wok 
Heat ¼ Cup Virgin Olive Oil 
Add: 
1 Cup: Chopped up Chicken Breast (Boneless) 
1 Cup: Thinly Sliced Potato (Any kind) 
Garlic (add to your liking) 
Add veggies when chicken and potatoes are cooked. 
Try not to over cook the veggies. 
½ Cup: Chopped Green Beans 
½ Cup: Snow Peas 
½ Cup: Carrots 
Served with: 
Baby Leaf Spinach, Romaine Lettuce and Walnut Salad 
Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
