What’s for breakfast?


Life is fast and we need things to move right along. I am going to share one of my favorite breakfasts. It only take a few minutes to make and it is full of good stuff!

6oz. Raspberry non fat yogurt
35g. Oatmeal
¼ cup Sunflower Seeds (roasted & unsalted)
Mixed together

1 Banana
Glass of freshly squeezed fruit juice

*I do not add water to the oatmeal. I use the moisture of the yogurt.

I only eat this during the work week. I do not eat this before a big workout, I have a different breakfast for training days.
